We buy all our UK grown foliages form an independent supplier, each stem is unique and so your bouquet may look different from the image provided for reference of this product. We do not offer refunds.
Deliveries will begin at 8am on Sunday 30th March and the last delivery will be 5pm Sunday 30th March, we cannot guarantee any time- including morning or afternoon slots. If no one is in to recieve their flowers, we will leave the bouquet in the most appropriate place possible or with a neighbour. We cannot accept any responsibility for damaged or missing products after delivery.
The flowers will come wrapped in our choice of paper and ribbon, not in water. Please make sure to re-cut the stems and place in lots of cold, fresh water.
It is imperative that woody stems have regular water changes, the water is always topped up and the stems are cut down the middle one a week to keep the stem drinking water and getting vital nutrients.
Delivery charges vary, please see when you checkout. Collection from the studio in E10 are free, available on Saturday 29th morning 9am-12pm.
